Powdered Activated Carbon
PAC is a very special grade of activated carbon made from selected grades of coconut shell which is produced also under rigidly controlled high temperatures steam activation. Due to its high surface area, this specific grade is used in cigarette filters for the purpose of removing various vapor ingredients from cigarette smoke and also for the removal of Chloramines
